  • 3-month or 6-month plans available — or start with a free call if you need help deciding

  • We’ll meet virtually (HIPAA-compliant) where I’ll get to know you, your goals, and the symptoms that frustrate you. I’ll review any past labs, map out your foundations for root cause healing, and help you decide if further testing is needed.

  • If root cause testing is right for you, I’ll order your tests and review your results to develop a fully custom plan that addresses your body’s imbalances. You'll receive an in depth walk through of all your labs, so you'll know exactly what your body needs.

  • We’ll meet every 3 weeks to adjust your plan step-by-step and address diet, lifestyle, and supplements in order to support your body holistically. You’ll get the best tools, recipes, and real-life strategies you need to make healthy changes feel easy and doable.

It’s designed for women who are ready to feel better but want a flexible, self-paced option. You’ll get the education, tools, and structure you need to start making real progress — with zero overwhelm.

  • I specialize in hormones, gut health, and metabolic dysfunction. Through a combination of diet and lifestyle techniques, I regularly help women get to the root of their chronic bloating, IBS, constipation, stubborn weight gain, food sensitivities, brain fog, chronic fatigue, & hormone dysfunction- like PCOS, hashimotos, or insulin resistance. I love to support women in any phase of life, including postpartum, perimenopause, and post-menopause to address changing hormones and improve their quality of life.

  • Each session is 50 minutes and held virtually — so you can join from anywhere. I’ll personalize each session to you and your goals. All you have to do is show up. We’ll dig deep into what’s going on in your body, your lifestyle, and your diet, then create a clear, doable plan together.

  • Not at all. Testing is completely optional — during our first few sessions we’ll discuss whether it’s helpful for your situation. Many clients see amazing results with lifestyle and nutrition changes alone. If you choose to test, I’ll guide you on which test is right for you, provide in-depth interpretation of the results, and create an action plan that includes hands on support every step of the way.

  • Yes! You’ll have unlimited private messaging support between sessions for quick questions, accountability, or help adjusting your plan as life happens.

  • Most clients see the best results with 3-6 months of consistent support. However, I strongly encourage a 6 month commitment for clients seeking sustainable weight loss, resolution of gut issues, or those trying to solve multiple problems simultaneously. 6 months allows more time for 1:1 support, habit building, and applying gut healing protocols.   • Believe me when I say, you’re in good hands. I’m also a working mom, an ex-stress addict, and someone who loves to enjoy food while supporting my goals! I’ve mastered the art of balance in my own life, and it’s a craft I’m excited to pass on to you too. With the right tools, kitchen hacks, and pantry staples, you can easily incorporate the habits you need into your hectic life.
